Meet Mary Gallagher

Taking the first step to enter into therapy can be incredibly difficult and takes courage. After doing so, you will feel relieved, as if a weight has been lifted. You will be on the path to finding fulfillment and resolving issues impacting your life. I believe clients are experts in themselves and as such, my role is to offer support and to help you to identify common threads or patterns of behavior. You will receive insight, constructive feedback, and support with compassion. My goal is to create an environment where you feel safe and free to express your thoughts and feelings without judgment.
